Thejus Joseph, currently serving as the interim CEO for FiiRE Goa, a prominent technology business incubator located at Don Bosco Engineering College, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront of innovation. FiiRE has incubated over 150 startups and provided funding for 40 ventures to date. The overarching vision of FiiRE is to position Goa as the world's leading destination for TourismTech Startups by the year 2030. A key contributor to Goa's entrepreneurial ecosystem, Thejus is actively involved in committees such as the Startup Task Force, IT, and Education at the Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI). Additionally, he plays a crucial role in various Innovation and Incubation Center (IIC) committees across different colleges. Before assuming his current role at FiiRE Goa, Thejus was the head of Incubation at T-Hub, India's largest incubator based in Hyderabad. Notably, he spearheaded Lab32, the country's largest incubation program at T-Hub, achieving remarkable success, with the first batch alone generating over 1 billion INR in funding, creating 2000+ jobs, and supporting 70 startups. His impact extends to having successfully guided over 500 startups, making Lab32 the longest-running incubation program in the country. The entrepreneurial journey of Thejus began at the age of 21 with the founding of Techjeeva, a hardware startup recognized among the top five companies by the Kerala Government at the Young Entrepreneurs Summit in 2014. Techjeeva has since played a pivotal role in training over 5000 students across 60 colleges and schools, instilling a Maker Culture Mindset. In addition to his diverse contributions, Thejus has provided consulting expertise to four incubators at IIT and IIIT Hyderabad. He was also a participant in the Water Accelerator program conducted by IIM Ahmedabad.
